We deploy specialized 50-ton industrial ducted HVAC chillers paired with double-glazed insulated glass structures, reflective double-skin roof membranes, and insulated sub-floor ducting to maintain a crisp 21°C inside VIP chalets even when ambient external temperatures exceed 45°C.
Can ARC handle municipal permits, Civil Defence, and structural certifications?+
Yes. Our in-house technical directors and HSE managers handle all engineering drawings, 3rd-party structural calculations, wind-load certifications (up to 120 km/h), Dubai Municipality permits, and Civil Defence fire safety approvals from start to finish.
What audio systems do you use for outdoor golf tournaments and sports?+
We utilize touring-grade L-Acoustics K2/Kara II and d&b audiotechnik systems paired with custom 3D acoustic simulation in Soundvision. For golf courses, we run course-wide networked delay towers with automatic radio mute triggers so play is never disturbed during critical strokes.
What is your lead time for bespoke VIP hospitality structures and chalets?+
For existing modular inventory (clear-span marquees and two-storey chalets), we can mobilize within 7 to 14 days. For custom-fabricated architectural sets, bespoke joinery, and specialized scenic environments, we recommend a 4 to 8 week planning runway.
Do you supply redundant power and backup generator banks?+
Every critical show is powered by synchronized N+1 ultra-silent generator farms with automatic transfer switches (ATS). In the improbable event of a generator fault, secondary units take over instantaneously with zero disruption to audio, LED, or broadcast feeds.
