TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Scope of Engagement

All production services, structural erections, LED screen deployments, and audio-visual rentals delivered by ARC EVENT WORKS L.L.C. are governed by signed technical production contracts and site safety permits.

2. Health, Safety & Permitting

Clients must facilitate necessary venue access and cooperate with Civil Defence, Dubai Municipality, or local authority safety inspections as coordinated by our HSE directors.

3. Force Majeure & Severe Weather

In outdoor desert settings, structures are rated up to 120 km/h wind gusts. In the event of extreme sandstorms or meteorological warnings from national weather centers, our safety directors reserve the right to enact automated structural safety holds.
